There are so many things that go into the building or remodeling of your home. I pay special attention to electrical plans, cabinetry, tile and stone work, exterior finishes, countertops, arches, columns... The list goes on and on. |

As early as possible. I often work closely with your architect or residential designer even before a builder is selected. |

Because I am in tune to the whole process, I can stay one step ahead of the builder. I make sure the design decisions are made and given to the builder before they are needed. In this way, the builder can concentrate on building and keep moving forward on construction. |

It is my job to ask all of the right questions to help you come to the best decisions for your lifestyle. I can save you time in the long run, and steer you away from the choices that are not right for you. |
